Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of the building.
Handicap-accessible spots are located near the main entrance.
Entrance & Check-In
Enter through the main entrance doors. The check-in desk is in the lobby.
Please arrive at the time specified by your physician's office to allow time for registration and pre-procedure preparation.
What to Bring
- Photo ID
- Insurance card(s)
- List of current medications
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
For Your Driver & Companions
Because you will receive sedation, you must have a responsible adult drive you home. Your driver should plan to stay at the facility during your procedure.
A comfortable waiting area is available with seating. Your care team will keep your companion informed of your progress.
